I mainly work with adults (18+). For under-18s, please get in touch first — a parent or guardian will need to be present.

I'm a Level 6 Sports & Exercise Therapist and a member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST). Some health cash plans cover treatment with SST-registered therapists — check directly with your provider before booking, as cover varies. I can provide a receipt with my membership details after your session.
